PERATURAN PERTANDINGAN
COMPETITION RULES
- Pertandingan ini dibuka kepada semua pasukan bola tampar Umur 12 Tahun dan Ke Bawah, dalam dan luar Negara.
The competition is opened to all local and overseas teams Aged 12 and below.
- Kelayakan Umur dikira pada 1hb. Januari 2017.
Age qualification is based on 1st January 2017.
3. Bukti kelayakan umur mesti dikemukakan kepada Penganjur ½ jam sebelum permainan pertama setiap pasukan. Pasukan sekolah boleh sediakan satu senarai nama pemain, nombor Kad Pengenalan atau nombor Sijil Lahir dan tarikh lahir. Senarai ini mesti ditandatangani dan disahkan oleh Guru Besar dan Cop Rasmi sekolah.
Proof of age eligibility must be provided to the Organizers ½ hour before the start of the first game. School teams may prepare a list with players name, number IC or number Birth Certificate and date of birth. The list must be signed by the Headmaster and with the Official School Cop.
4. Tinggi net: 2.10 meter untuk lelaki dan perempuan.
Net height: 2.10 meter for both boys and girls.
- Bola pertandingan yang digunakan akan ditentukan oleh pihak penganjur.
Types of tournament balls will be decided by the organizers.
- Setiap pasukan dibenar mendaftar 12 orang peserta termasuk Libero.
Each team is eligible to register 12 players inclusive of LIBERO.
- Semua pemain mesti memakai jersi seragam warna. Libero mesti menggunakan jersi warna lain yang ketara.
Nombor mesti jelas dicetak di bahagian depan dan belakang.
All players must wear jerseys of uniform colour. Libero must wear distinctly different color jersy.
All jerseys must have numbers clearly printed in front and back.
- Semua perlawanan akan diputuskan dalam 3 set (25,25,15) mata. Apabila terdapat mata seri 24:24 dalam set 1 dan 2 (14:14 set 3) pasukan mesti mendahului dengan 2 mata untuk memenangi perlawanan.
All games will be decided in the format of best of 3 (25,25,15) points. In case of deuce in 1st and 2nd set(24-24) and 3rd set (14-14), a team must lead by 2 points to win the set.
- Dalam setiap set, pasukan dibenarkan 2 kali “Time-Out”. (30 saat.)
Two ‘time-out’s of 30sec. is allowed in each set.
- Setiap pasukan mesti ada 6 orang peserta yang bertanding dalam gelanggang. Sekiranya ada pasukan yang tidak lengkap, kemenangan akan di beri kepada pihak lawan.
Each team must have 6 players on court when the game starts. In case any team is incomplete, the opponent will be declared as winner by default.
- Pasukan yang lewat melaporkan diri tanpa sebab yang munasabah selepas 10 minit dari masa yang telah dijadualkan, akan dikira memberi ‘Menang- tanpa- bertanding’ kepada pihak lawan.
Any team which fails to report 10 minutes after the scheduled time without reasonable excuses will be considered as given a ‘walk-over’ to the opponent.
- Sistem dan fomat pertandingan akan diputuskan oleh penganjur berdasarkan bilangan pasukan yang mengambil bahagian dan keputusan ini adalah muktamad.
The system and competition format will be decided by the organizers depending on the number of teams and this decision is final.
- Pasukan yang ingin membuat bantahan semasa perlawanan mesti memberitahu pengadil bertugas secara lisan dan perlawanan akan di teruskan “DALAM BANTAHAN”. Hanya Ketua Pasukan dibenarkan membuat bantahan.
Pasukan mesti mengemukakan bantahan kepada Pengerusi Pegelola secara bertulis dengan wang tunai RM300-00 sebagai wang cagaran dalam tempoh 1/2 jam selepas perlawanan berkenaan.
Bantahan/rayuan akan di pertimbangkan oleh Juri Rayuan. Jika bantahan/rayuan di terima wang cagaran akan di kembalikan. Wang cagaran akan hilang sekiranya bantahan/rayuan tidak berjaya.
Keputusan Juri Rayuan adalah muktamad.
Any team intending to make a protest must inform the first referee on duty verbally and proceed with the game ‘under protest’.
Only the Team Captain is allowed to make the protest.
The team must submit the written protest within half (1/2)hour after completion of the game with a protest fee of RM300.00 to the Organizing Chairman.
The protest will be discuss and deliberated by the Appeals Jury.
The protest fee will be refunded if the protest is successful, otherwise it will be forfeited.
The decision of the Appeals Jury is final and binding.
- Semua pasukan yang menang hadiah (Johan, N-johan dan Ke-3 Bersama) dalam pertandingan mesti hadir dengan sekurang-kurangnya 6 pemain untuk menerima hadiah masing-masing.
All winning teams (Champion, Runners-up and Joint 3rd) must be present with at least 6 players to receive their prizes.
- Selain daripada peraturan pertandingan yang dinyatakan di atas, semua keputusan akan dibuat berdasarkan PERATURAN BOLA TAMPAR FIVB yang terkini.
Other than the stated competition rules above, all decisions will be made as per latest FIVB Rules.
